When you are a part of our brewery team, you will get to experiment with small batch recipes for our Beer Club. An opportunity to brew beers exclusively for them, which means you will have ample opportunity to express your creativity.

Hourly Brewer

Start in a specialized area and once you’ve mastered it, move on to other areas.

Lead Brewer and Head Brewer

Lead brewers who are masters of their craft, oversee all aspects of production.

Finished Beer Specialist and Manager

Direct the servicing and cleaning of beer lines, manage weekly inventory, and help keep beer coolers clean and organized.

Sr. Manager Brewing Operations

Lead the brewery team to Gold Standard every day. You will manage manufacturing, product packaging, and help to test new products.

Brewery General Manager

This is where beer and business savvy come together. You get to work with our talented brewing team and monitor our annual budget, labor control, operating expenses, and P&L.

Director of Brewery Operations

As a director of multiple brewery teams, you’ll coach our leaders, manage production, and deliver business results by building sales and minimizing risks.

Senior VP Brewing Operations

Lead our highly skilled creative brewing team to Gold Standard excellence and award-level achievement. Our senior executive develops leaders, makes results-driven decisions, and brings our diverse brewery teams’ vision to life.
